Free local delivery is available for orders over Rs.500/- within our coverage area. For orders under Rs.500/- we charge Rs,30 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from Morning 10 am to Evening 6 pm on 7 days/week. We will contact you via call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival or it will be updated in your Order account. In-store pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Local Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are [store hours] on [available days of the week]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us and additionally, you can check the order fulfillment status in your order account. you can use it to check its status. Non-Delivery due to Unavoidable Reasons If we have not delivered the products due to unavoidable conditions, prior information will be given to you, if you want to cancel the order and refund, will process it and do the needful.
